At NutriPaw, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain hair-free and in sellable condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Get Your Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
